Event Description

SSP member schools are invited to book places for their Reception, Yr 1’s and- Yr 2 to take part in this exciting festival.

During the event, pupils will take part in a carousel of activities designed to challenge and develop a range of fundamental movement skills. The focus will be on pupils trying their personal best, having fun, and working alongside children from other schools.

Our aim is to inspire pupils to enjoy PE and school sport, and to develop positive habits that encourage them to stay active in the future.

This event is designed to give young pupils a first opportunity to experience a fun, off-site sports festival.

Who Can Take Part

This festival is open to R – Yr 2 pupils from SSP member schools.

Clothing & Footwear

The event will be held indoors.

Pupils should wear suitable indoor PE kit and footwear.

Please ensure all pupils bring a water bottle.

Parents & Spectators

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate spectators at this event.

Transport

Free transport will be provided for SSP member schools if required.

When booking, please indicate:

The total number of seats required (pupils + adults).Final transport arrangements will be confirmed after the booking deadline once travel has been organised.

Photo & Video Consent

We would like to use photos and videos of the event to celebrate the pupils and schools

Photos and videos may be taken by City Academy Norwich (NSSP) staff or an official photographer for use in media (internet, social media, newspapers, newsletters).

It is each school’s responsibility to ensure parental/guardian consent has been obtained for all participants. If no consent is given, pupils will be required to wear a yellow snapband.
