⚽️ Football Frenzy 2025! ⚽️ What an incredible fe ⚽️ Football Frenzy 2025! ⚽️

What an incredible few months of football for our Year 3’s, 4’s, 5’s and 6’s!!🎉

Across 2 Mixed Development Leagues, we hosted 6 action-packed days of matches featuring 16 schools and 25 teams — and the energy never stopped!

From sunshine to rain, and even a few numb fingers and toes (from the spectators) nothing could dampen the spirits on the pitch. The atmosphere was electric, the competition was friendly yet fierce, and most importantly, so many girls and boys had the chance to proudly represent their schools. A massive 380 children took part over the 6 match days!!!

A massive thank-you to the parents and supporters who turned out in fantastic numbers. Your cheering made all the difference! 👏 and of course to the superstar teachers 🤩

Congratulations to our 5 overall winners — and well done to every player who took part. The teamwork, sportsmanship, and smiles were the real victories. 💛⚽️

Already excited for the next one! 🙌

🎉 Huge congratulations to our schools championing 🎉 Huge congratulations to our schools championing Equal Access to girls’ football! ⚽💫

This year from those that completed the survey 10 schools have sustained Equal Access, continuing to offer girls the same opportunities as boys to play, train, and compete in football.
And an incredible 8 more schools achieved Equal Access for the first time in 24/25 - a massive step forward for inclusion and opportunity! 👏👏

✨ What does Equal Access mean?
It means that girls are guaranteed the same chance as boys to:
	•	Play football as part of the school curriculum
	•	Access extra-curricular training, clubs, and fixtures
	•	Develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game
	•	Be included, encouraged, and represented in school sport

🌟 A huge thank you to @barclaysfootball for this award and for their continued support in driving Equal Access across schools nationwide.

Well done to all involved—your dedication is making a real difference! ⚽💙

We had a last minute call on Friday from the Jason We had a last minute call on Friday from the Jason Manford Padel Company, to invite 30 school children to play Padel with Jason at the brand new courts in Norwich, ‘Court De Padel’

With a super PE Lead and Head teachers speedy response over the weekend, we managed to arrange the day in ultra quick time 🙌

Jason has set up a charity ‘JM Padel Company’ to make it his mission for 1 million children to experience Padel….and for that, we are all incredibly grateful!! The children had a fantastic experience - learning the basics and playing fun games with Jason and the coaches.

Padel is a dynamic, doubles-based racquet sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, and played on a smaller, glass enclosed court.

Thank you so much for inviting us and opening their eyes to Padel…maybe we have the next Padel champions in our sights as the sport is being considered for the 2032 Olympics 🥇🥈🥉
🌟 What an incredible day! 🌟 Over 400 Year 3-6 chi 🌟 What an incredible day! 🌟

Over 400 Year 3-6 children from 12 Partnership schools, had some great weather for our incredible Cross Country competition at Earlham Park.

Before the first race, children, staff, and spectators joined together for a two-minute silence to honour Remembrance Day, showing true respect and unity ❤️

Throughout the day, we saw incredible sportsmanship, teamwork, and encouragement from every single participant…it truly was a real celebration of what sport is all about. The children congratulated each other and really cheered each other on, and as always, the day was full of energy, determination, and smiles all round!!

A huge thank you to the Sports Leaders from Easton College for all of your help across the course, to Matt from @mpphotoandvideo for the fabulous photos and to all the Schools, children and spectators for making it such a special event ✨

The School Games Mark is a government-led award scheme that recognises and rewards schools for their engagement in sport. It is based upon how well schools involve all students and encourage team work. They also look into things such as how well the school is developing students skills (such as leadership) and also at building resilience through sport. It measures achievements against a national benchmark and celebrates schools’ commitment to keeping young people active.

Taking part in the process enables schools to reflect on their sport and physical activity provision, while also supporting them in creating an action plan for future improvement. They are awarded a bronze, silver or gold based on the quality and range of their sports program 🥉🥈🥇
