This Girl CAN
This an exciting and inspiring event designed to encourage girls to be active, try new activities and discover ways to enjoy physical activity for life. The festival provides a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment where participants can build confidence, make new friends and experience a variety of activities.
Throughout the day, pupils will take part in a carousel of engaging sessions led by qualified instructors and coaches, which may include:
- Zumba
- Fitness
- Karate
- Yoga
- Football
The festival aims to celebrate movement in all its forms and demonstrate that there are many different ways to be active, regardless of ability or previous experience. Pupils will be encouraged to challenge themselves, have fun and develop positive attitudes towards physical activity and wellbeing.
