Event Description

Our Leadership Academy is designed to help young people develop their leadership skills while building confidence, gaining valuable experience, and learning practical skills they can take back and share within their schools.

Throughout the Academy day, participants will take part in a range of engaging sessions led by Active Norfolk, industry professionals, first aid trainer, a women’s rugby specialist, and more.

The programme will provide young people with opportunities to:

  • Develop leadership and communication skills
  • Build confidence and resilience
  • Gain practical, hands-on experience
  • Learn from experienced professionals
  • Discover new opportunities and activities
  • Take their learning and experience back into their schools

It’s a great opportunity for young people to meet new people, challenge themselves, and develop skills that will support them both in school and beyond.
