Event Description

Schools are invited to bring a group of up to 16 pupils from Years 4-5. The event is aimed at pupils who haven’t previously represented their school at an off site sport/physical activity event this year.

At the event pupils will take part in series of fun challenges including; obstacle course, tomahawk axe throwing, cave bus, pedal go-karting and grass sledging. Pupils will be challenged to work together as a team to complete the challenges.

The event runs from 9.45-11.45am, however schools are asked to bring packed lunches so the children can enjoy these at Eaton Vale outside before returning back to school

What clothing/footwear should pupils wear? 

The event will be held outdoors so please ensure that pupils arrive in suitable outdoor clothing (inc footwear) which they don’t mind getting dirty.

Can parents spectate? 

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate spectators at this event. 

Transport

Free transport will be provided for SSP member schools if required.

When booking, please indicate:

Whether you need transport.

The total number of seats required (pupils + adults).

Final transport arrangements will be confirmed after the booking deadline once travel has been organised.

Photo & Video Consent

We would like to use photos and videos of the event to celebrate the pupils and schools

Photos and videos may be taken by City Academy Norwich (NSSP) staff or an official photographer for use in media (internet, social media, newspapers, newsletters).

It is each school’s responsibility to ensure parental/guardian consent has been obtained for all participants. If no consent is given, pupils will be required to wear a yellow snapband.
