Event Description

This festival is part of our work with Barclays Girls’ Football in Schools, supporting the national programme to increase access to football for girls.

Schools are invited to bring up to 16 pupils from Years 3–4 who do not already play competitive football in school.

During the festival, pupils will enjoy a carousel of fun football-based skill activities and small games, designed to help them develop the fundamental skills of football while building confidence and a love for the game.

Our event will be supported by Improtech Soccer.

Event Objective
The theme of this event is ‘Engage’ – a non-competitive festival aimed at pupils who would benefit from becoming more physically active.

Event Intent
To champion physical literacy by encouraging children to move, play, and enjoy sport.
