What an absolutely amazing day we had running our “Wonderland” Dance Show our first show of 2023!
With 7 Primary schools and 2 high schools – that’s approximately 350 students taking part. They embraced the whole experience and will have memories forever of the day. From weeks of rehearsals in their school, to performing in front of two packed audiences of 700 people, the pupils showed bravery, resilience and showcased the performance skills perfectly!
Prior to the show the children with treated to their hair and make up by the students on the make up media course at City College, a massive thank you for adding the sparkle to our event!
After putting on their own costumes each school took to the stage at the magnificent St Andrews Hall in Norwich to wow the audience’s with their Wonderland themed inspired dances. With children as young as 6 taking part through to 16, this was a first for many of the children. Backstage the rooms were filled with excited children who were all nervous
for their first dance or being immensely proud of their dance they have just performed!

A show like this obviously doesn’t happen overnight so we would like to thank everyone who helped this show happen and run so smoothly. We really hope everyone enjoyed performing in the show as much as we helped run it.
