What are the School Games Values?
The School Games ‘Spirit of the Games’ Values are an incredibly important element of the School Games and underpin the programme. These 6 School Games Values were developed by young people to recognise how the experience of sport should be epitomised and embodied within schools, and to reflect the ‘spirit’ of the School Games.
The 6 School Games Values are;

School Games Values Award
We encourage pupils to display the School Games Values at all of our events.
At our events, we give school staff and volunteers the opportunity to nominate pupils who have displayed one or more of these values to receive our School Games Value Award.
