This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and well organised person to work in Norwich City Council’s leisure and sport development team.

This is a permanent, full-time contract to work in Norwich City Council’s leisure and sport development team.

You will work on all aspects of developing and delivering leisure related projects which will include preparing funding bids, undertaking procurement of services and contract monitoring. This will require you to work in partnership with a wide range of organisations so excellent communication skills are essential.

You will also have knowledge of the contribution and positive impact that participation in leisure activities can have on the wellbeing of individuals and communities.

As an essential requirement for this role you will be educated to degree level or equivalent within a leisure related subject or to hold qualification in contract management.

The post holder will need to take a flexible approach to working as this role will require occasional evening and weekend working to meet the needs of the business.
