DESCRIPTION:Event Description\nSSP member schools are invited to book place
 s for their Reception pupils to take part in this exciting festival.\nDur
 ing the event\, pupils will take part in a carousel of activities designed
  to challenge and develop a range of fundamental movement skills. The focu
 s will be on pupils trying their personal best\, having fun\, and working 
 alongside children from other schools.\nOur aim is to inspire pupils to en
 joy PE and school sport\, and to develop positive habits that encourage th
 em to stay active in the future.\n\nEvent Objective\nTheme: Engage\nIntent
 : Championing physical literacy\nThis event is designed to give young pupi
 ls a first opportunity to experience a fun\, off-site sports festival.\nFo

 Who Can Take Part\nThis festival is open to Reception pupils from SSP mem
 ber schools.\n\nClothing &amp\; Footwear\nThe event will be held indoors.\
 nPupils should wear suitable indoor PE kit and footwear.\nPlease ensure al
 l pupils bring a water bottle.\n\nParents &amp\; Spectators\nUnfortunately
 \, we are unable to accommodate spectators at this event.\n\nTransport\nFr
 ee transport will be provided for SSP member schools if required.\nWhen bo
 oking\, please indicate:\nWhether you need transport.\nThe total number of
  seats required (pupils + adults).\nFinal transport arrangements will be c
 onfirmed after the booking deadline once travel has been organised.\n\nPho
 to &amp\; Video Consent\nWe would like to use photos and videos of the eve
 nt to celebrate the pupils and schools\nPhotos and videos may be taken by 
 City Academy Norwich (NSSP) staff or an official photographer for use in m
 edia (internet\, social media\, newspapers\, newsletters).\nIt is each sch
 ool’s responsibility to ensure parental/guardian consent has been obtain
 ed for all participants. If no consent is given\, pupils will be required 
 to wear a yellow snapband.\nFull Photo and Video Consent Policy \nSafegua
 rding &amp\; Risk Assessment\nA risk assessment will be emailed to schools
  before the event.\nSchools are reminded of the following safeguarding res
