DESCRIPTION:Event Description\nSSP member schools are invited to book place
 s for their Reception pupils to take part in this exciting festival.\nDuri
 ng the event\, pupils will take part in a carousel of activities designed 
 to challenge and develop a range of fundamental movement skills. The focus
  will be on pupils trying their personal best\, having fun\, and working a
 longside children from other schools.\nOur aim is to inspire pupils to enj
 oy PE and school sport\, and to develop positive habits that encourage the
 m to stay active in the future.\n\nEvent Objective\nTheme: Engage\nIntent:
  Championing physical literacy\nThis event is designed to give young pupil
 s a first opportunity to experience a fun\, off-site sports festival.\nFor

 ho Can Take Part\nThis festival is open to Reception pupils from SSP membe
 r schools.\n\nClothing &amp\; Footwear\nThe event will be held indoors.\nP
 upils should wear suitable indoor PE kit and footwear.\nPlease ensure all 
 pupils bring a water bottle.\n\nParents &amp\; Spectators\nUnfortunately\,
  we are unable to accommodate spectators at this event.\n\nTransport\nFree
  transport will be provided for SSP member schools if required.\nWhen book
 ing\, please indicate:\nWhether you need transport.\nThe total number of s
 eats required (pupils + adults).\nFinal transport arrangements will be con
 firmed after the booking deadline once travel has been organised.\n\nPhoto
  &amp\; Video Consent\nWe would like to use photos and videos of the event
  to celebrate the pupils and schools\nPhotos and videos may be taken by Ci
 ty Academy Norwich (NSSP) staff or an official photographer for use in med
 ia (internet\, social media\, newspapers\, newsletters).\nIt is each schoo
 l’s responsibility to ensure parental/guardian consent has been obtained
  for all participants. If no consent is given\, pupils will be required to
  wear a yellow snapband.\nFull Photo and Video Consent Policy \nSafeguard
 ing &amp\; Risk Assessment\nA risk assessment will be emailed to schools b
 efore the event.\nSchools are reminded of the following safeguarding respo
