The event is designed to engage more pupils with a Special Educational Need or Disability (SEND) in mainstream schools\, giving them the chance to represent their school in a supportive and competitive environment.\nEa ch team will play one full game of bowling\, with pupils challenged to sco re as many points as possible. The winning team will be decided by the hig hest average score\, while individual prizes will also be awarded to the p upils achieving the top scores.\n\nEvent Theme: Develop\nThis event is des igned to give more students the chance to represent their school competiti vely against other schools.\n\nEvent Intent: To provide inclusive opportun ities\nThis competition is part of the Panathlon Challenge\, a national ch arity that provides sporting opportunities for young people with disabilit ies and special educational needs. Panathlon creates fun\, fair\, and full y inclusive events that allow pupils to develop confidence\, teamwork\, an d physical skills while proudly representing their school.\nFor more infor mation about our SSP Event Themes and Intents\, CLICK HERE\n\nWho can take part?\nThe event is open to pupils from all schools in the Norwich School Sport Partnership\n\nWhat should pupils wear?\nThe event will be held ind oors\, so pupils should wear suitable indoor PE kit. Pupils will not be re quired to wear specific bowling shoes\, but they must wear clean indoor tr ainers. We also recommend bringing a water bottle.\n\nParents &\; Spect ators\nUnfortunately\, we are unable to accommodate spectators at this eve nt.\n\nTransport\nSchools must provide their own transport\n\nPhoto &\; Video Consent\nWe would like to use photos and videos of the event to cel ebrate the pupils and schools\nPhotos and videos may be taken by City Acad emy Norwich (NSSP) staff or an official photographer for use in media (int ernet\, social media\, newspapers\, newsletters).\nIt is each school’s r esponsibility to ensure parental/guardian consent has been obtained for al l participants.
