SUMMARY:Yr 5-6 Panathlon Ten Pin Bowling Competition (SEND)
DESCRIPTION:Event Description\nSchools are invited to enter 1 team of 8 pup
 ils from Years 5-6 to take part in this inclusive bowling competition. The
  event is designed to engage more pupils with a Special Educational Need o
 r Disability (SEND) in mainstream schools\, giving them the chance to repr
 esent their school in a supportive and competitive environment.\nEach team
  will play one full game of bowling\, with pupils challenged to score as m
 any points as possible. The winning team will be decided by the highest av
 erage score\, while individual prizes will also be awarded to the pupils a
 chieving the top scores.\n\nEvent Theme: Develop\nThis event is designed t
 o give more students the chance to represent their school competitively ag
 ainst other schools.\n\nEvent Intent: To provide inclusive opportunities\n
 This competition is part of the Panathlon Challenge\, a national charity t
 hat provides sporting opportunities for young people with disabilities and
  special educational needs. Panathlon creates fun\, fair\, and fully inclu
 sive events that allow pupils to develop confidence\, teamwork\, and physi
 cal skills while proudly representing their school.\nFor more information

 nThe event is open to pupils from all schools in the Norwich School Sport 
 Partnership\n\nWhat should pupils wear?\nThe event will be held indoors\, 
 so pupils should wear suitable indoor PE kit. Pupils will not be required 
 to wear specific bowling shoes\, but they must wear clean indoor trainers.
  We also recommend bringing a water bottle.\n\nParents &amp\; Spectators\n
 Unfortunately\, we are unable to accommodate spectators at this event.\n\n
 Transport\nFree transport will be provided for SSP member schools if requi
 red.\nWhen booking\, please indicate:\nWhether you need transport.\nThe to
 tal number of seats required (pupils + adults).\nFinal transport arrangeme
 nts will be confirmed after the booking deadline once travel has been orga
 nised.\n\nPhoto &amp\; Video Consent\nWe would like to use photos and vide
 os of the event to celebrate the pupils and schools\nPhotos and videos may
  be taken by City Academy Norwich (NSSP) staff or an official photographer
  for use in media (internet\, social media\, newspapers\, newsletters).\nI
 t is each school’s responsibility to ensure parental/guardian consent ha
 s been obtained for all participants. If no consent is given\, pupils will
  be required to wear a yellow snapband.\nFull Photo and Video Consent Poli
 cy \nSafeguarding &amp\; Risk Assessment\nA risk assessment will be email
 ed to schools before the event.\nSchools are reminded of the following saf
