Event Description
Schools are invited to bring a group of up to 16 pupils from Years 4-5. The event is aimed at pupils who haven’t previously represented their school at an off site sport/physical activity event this year.
At the event pupils will take part in series of fun challenges including; obstacle course, low ropes, cave bus, pedal go-karting and grass sledging. Pupils will be challenged to work together as a team to complete the challenges.
The event runs from 12.30pm-2.30pm Schools are asked to bring packed lunches so the children can enjoy these at Eaton Vale before their event begins. (lunch 11.45-12.30pm)

What clothing/footwear should pupils wear?
The event will be held outdoors so please ensure that pupils arrive in suitable outdoor clothing (inc footwear) which they don’t mind getting dirty.
Can parents spectate?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate spectators at this event.
Photo and video consent
We would like to use photos and videos of the event to celebrate the pupils and schools who have taken part via a variety of media including the internet, social media, newspapers and newsletters.
It is the responsibility of the participating school to ensure that they have asked parents/guardian for permission for photos and videos of all participants to be taken by City Academy Norwich (NSSP) staff or an official event photographer.

Will transport be provided?
We are pleased to be able to offer SSP member schools free transport to this event if needed. When booking, please indicate on the booking form whether you require transport and the total number of seats required (pupils + adults). Transport times will be confirmed once the booking deadline has passed, and transport has been booked.
Risk Assessment
A risk assessment for the event will be emailed to schools approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
