DESCRIPTION:Event Description\nSchools are invited to bring a group of up t
 o 16 pupils from Years 3 and 4 who are traditionally less physically activ
 e or may not usually take part in school sports events.\nThis event is des
 igned to offer these pupils a positive and supportive experience\, giving 
 them the chance to represent their school at an off-site sports event\, al
 ongside children from other schools.\nThroughout the event\, pupils will t
 ake part in a fun and engaging carousel of physical activities and games\,
  encouraging teamwork\, confidence\, and personal achievement.\n\nEvent Th
 eme:\nEngageThis non-competitive event is designed to inspire young people
  by providing a fun\, inclusive and pressure-free environment for physical
  activity.\nEvent Intent: To improve health and wellbeing among less activ
 e pupils.\nFor more information about our SSP Event Themes and Intents  C
 LICK HERE\n\nWhich schools is the event open to? \nThe event is open to p
 upils from all school.\nWhat clothing/footwear should pupils wear? \nAs t
 he event will be held indoors\, pupils should wear appropriate indoor PE k
 it\, including suitable footwear\, and bring a water bottle.\n\nSpectators
 \nParents and carers are welcome to attend.⚠️ Please note: The Sportsp
 ark charges a 70p entry fee for spectators.\n\nTransport\nFree transport w
 ill be provided for SSP member schools if required.\nWhen booking\, please
  indicate:\nWhether you need transport.\nThe total number of seats require
 d (pupils + adults).\nFinal transport arrangements will be confirmed after
  the booking deadline once travel has been organised.\n\nPhoto &amp\; Vide
 o Consent\nWe would like to use photos and videos of the event to celebrat
 e the pupils and schools\nPhotos and videos may be taken by City Academy N
 orwich (NSSP) staff or an official photographer for use in media (internet
 \, social media\, newspapers\, newsletters).\nIt is each school’s respon
 sibility to ensure parental/guardian consent has been obtained for all par
 ticipants. If no consent is given\, pupils will be required to wear a yell
