DESCRIPTION:Event Description\nSchools are invited to enter a group of pupi
 ls to take part in this year’s show  'Dance World Tour' The show will f
 ollow an around the world theme.\n\nSupport Available\nOur SSP Dance Coord
 inator\, Jenna\, can offer schools:\nInitial support  or weekly sessions 
 to help choreograph dance routine (if required).\nGuidance on costumes and
  props (schools must provide their own).\nOngoing support throughout the r
 ehearsal process.\nAs the show approaches\, schools will receive full deta
 ils\, including running orders\, Evolve requirements\, and coach pick-up t
 imes.\n\nMusic Selection\nIf schools are choreographing their own dance\, 
 schools must confirm their music choices with Jenna(📧 j.woods@canorwich
 .org) to ensure suitability and to avoid duplication of songs/artists/them
 es with other schools.\n\nPerformances\nPupils will take part in two perfo
 rmances:\n4:30 pm\n7:00 pm\nSchools are required to participate in both pe
 rformances.\n\nAudience &amp\; Tickets\nParents\, family\, and friends are
  warmly invited to attend. Tickets will be available in advance through ou
 r ticket supplier. Confirmation of this will be sent closer to showtime.\n

 ho Can Take Part\nThis event is open to pupils from SSP member schools \n
 \nTransport\nFree transport will be provided for schools if needed (to the
  venue only).\nPlease indicate on the booking form:\nIf transport is requi
 red.\nThe total number of seats needed (pupils + adults).\nTransport times
  will be confirmed after the booking deadline.\nReturn transport will not 
 be provided — pupils must be collected from the venue after the show.\n\
 nPhoto &amp\; Video Consent\nThe show will be professionally filmed and ph
 otographed.\nImages and videos may be used to celebrate and promote SSP ev
 ents across various media\, including websites\, social media\, newsletter
 s\, and newspapers.\nSchools are responsible for ensuring that parental/gu
 ardian consent has been obtained for all participating pupils.\nView our f
