Event Description
Schools are invited to enter a group of pupils to take part in the show. The show will follow a “Superstars” theme.
The SSP Dance Coordinator Amelia Newton is able to offer the following to schools taking part in the show;
- Initial help with sessions to develop dance if required.
- Help with ideas on costume and props (Schools are required to provide their own).
- On-going support to develop dance if required.
- As the show is approaching you will receive all the information you need for the show and for you to complete Evolve. This will also include running orders, coach pick up times etc.
Please could schools discuss their music ideas with our dance coordinator Amelia (a.newton@canorwich.org) to confirm that it is suitable and that no other school has already chosen the song/artist or idea.
Pupils will perform in two performances of the show at 4.30pm and 7pm (schools are required to take part in both performances).
Pupils’ parents, family and friends are invited to come along and watch the show. Tickets will be available prior to the show via our online shop.

Which schools is the event open to?
The event is open to pupils from SSP member schools
Will transport be provided?
We are pleased to be able to offer SSP member schools (Primary) free transport to this event if needed. When booking, please indicate on the booking form whether you require transport and the total number of seats required (pupils + adults). Transport times will be confirmed once the booking deadline has passed, and transport has been booked.
Transport will NOT be provided at the end of the show, and pupils should be picked up from the venue.
Transport is not provided for High Schools
Photo and video consent
The show will be professionally filmed and photographed.
We aim to use photos and videos to promote our events using a variety of media including on the internet, social media, newspapers and newsletters. It is the responsibility of the participating school to ensure that they have asked parents/guardian for permission for photos and videos of all participants to be taken by SSP staff or official event photographers.
