    Description

    Based on your feedback from last year, we have rolled our CPD programme into three termly half day conferences, rather than running a variety of twilight sessions as we have done in the past.
    Following a great turn out for the Autumn Term conference in September we are really excited about this Spring Term conference.
    The agenda will be:
    • Launch of new Active60 programme – How can it benefit my school?
    • What is Physical Literacy? And how it underpins all our work.
    • Norfolk School Games – County Wide opportunities
    • How can I use School Games Mark to improve school sport and physical activity at my school?
    • Girls Football opportunities available to ensure girls have equal access to football
    • Introduction to the Rise Up programme
    • How can we help more pupils with SEND learn how to swim
    • Upcoming events – Spring/Summer Terms
    The conference will begin with a networking lunch (12.30-1pm) and will then run from 1pm to 3.30pm.

    Who is the conference suitable for?

    The conference is suitable for existing and new PE Coordinators, as well as headteachers, governors and any other staff involved in the coordination of PE, sport and physical activity.

    Staff from all schools within the Norwich SSP are invited to attend (member or non member).

    Schedule

    Upon arrival (12.30-1.00pm) delegate are invited to join other delegates for a networking buffet lunch (Please specify any dietary requirements that you may have when booking).

    The conference will be from 1.00pm-3.30pm

    How many places can I book?

    Schools are invited to book up to three places at the conference.
