Description
It is proven that physically activity improves a child’s physical health, brain function and mood. The chief medical officer recommends that children and young people should aim for an average of 60 mins of moderate physical activity per day.
Staff from SSP member schools are invited to join Jon for a virtual workshop where he will outline how the Active School Planner tool can be used to track physical activity levels in their pupils.
Jon will also outline a variety of simple activities which can be introduced to increase the physical activity levels of pupils who aren’t already meeting the recommendations.
