The Action Continues in SSP Yr 5-6 Football Development League

Last night saw the SSP football development league continue with the third (of four) match days being held at the Sportspark. The league aims to give more boys and girls the opportunity to represent their school against teams from other local schools whilst having fun and developing their football skills and knowledge.

The league has two divisions to provide teams with meaningful competition against teams of a similar ability. All matches were refereed by sports leaders from City Academy Norwich.

See below the results from last nights fixtures and the latest league tables.

Jon Osborne, Head of Community Sport for the SSP commented;

“It has been great to see so many pupils enjoying playing competitive matches against pupils from other schools. Over the three dates so far the pupils have developed such a lot as they have gained experience and confidence.”
