The purpose of the School Games Mark is to “reward and recognise schools’ engagement in the School Games against national benchmark and to celebrate keeping Young People active”.
The School Games Mark is a useful development tool for schools which can help you effectively reflect on your engagement with the School Games and to reflect on the difference you are making for your pupils who need to be physically active the most.
Based on feedback, the levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) have been reinstated and refreshed to reflect the latest objectives for the Games. Also, the application processed has been streamlined to make it as simple as possible for school to complete.
The application window will be open from 4th May to 27th July 2022. .
