London 2012 Olympics

Just because the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games are in London it doesn’t mean that your school or college can’t get involved. There are a number of really useful resources that are available to maximise the impact of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Olympic Park Visit

We are really pleased to be able to help schools access an exciting day visit to the Olympic Park. The focus of the trip will be to explore the past, present and future developments of the site. Although we organise the day full of activities, schools are charged per pupil to cover the costs. We hope to be able to offer this opportunity to all the clusters in our partnership as the year progresses.

Dance Showcase - 'Get Set for 2012'

The title of this years dance showcases is "Get Set for 2012" and schools are encouraged to plan a dance routine based on the 7 Olympic and Paralympic Values; Friendship, Respect, Excellence, Determination, Courage, Equality, Inspiration.
